Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, we ask that you first open a claim directly with USPS.

Once USPS completes its investigation and determines that the package has been lost, we will gladly replace your order or issue a full refund.

Because we are a small business, we are unable to replace or refund orders until USPS has completed its claims process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while USPS investigates the shipment.
