If Abby & Evie Sticker Co. makes an error while producing your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include a clear photograph of the item. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a correction or replacement at no additional cost.

Product Appearance and Variations

Product photographs and digital mockups are intended to represent the general appearance of each item. Actual colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, printing processes, material batches, and normal manufacturing variations.

Product dimensions are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise. Minor differences in placement, color, cut lines, sizing, or appearance are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the product’s intended use.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for following all application, care, washing, ironing, heat-pressing, and use instructions provided with the product or displayed on the applicable product page.

Some products, backing materials, transfer sheets, packaging components, or loose stickers may present a choking hazard to young children. Products should be used with appropriate adult supervision and kept away from children under three years of age unless the product is expressly labeled otherwise.

Stickers and labels should not be placed on skin, near the mouth, on food, on food-contact surfaces, or on items where removal could create a safety risk. Iron-on products must be applied by an adult because irons and heat presses can cause burns, fires, or property damage.

Abby & Evie Sticker Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, failure to follow instructions, use on an unsuitable surface or fabric, exposure to excessive heat, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

Unless otherwise stated, all original website content and brand materials are owned by or licensed to The Defiant Dog LLC. This includes, without limitation:

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been transferred to USPS or another shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are subject to the carrier’s operations.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but it has not been received, or if a package appears to be lost in transit, the customer must first open a claim directly with USPS.
